Drink Discovery Bay is a cocktails drink also called long drinks. The ingredients are 1 1/2 oz brandy, 1/2 oz cointreau® orange liqueur, 2 oz lemon sherbet, 2 oz ginger ale. You should serve the Discovery Bay in a highball glass. Making a Discovery Bay is easy, you simply add brandy, cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. top with ginger ale, and serve.
