Drink Bellevue is a cocktails drink also called long drinks. The ingredients are 1 1/2 oz white rum, 2 oz pineapple juice, 3/4 oz coconut cream, 1/4 oz lime juice, juice of 1/4 limes. You should serve the Bellevue in a highball glass. Making a Bellevue is easy, you simply shake over ice cubes in a shaker. strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, and serve. It makes a delicious recipe for bellevue, with white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice and limes.
