The ingredients are 1 oz frangelico® hazelnut liqueur, 3 oz vodka, 1 oz chocolate syrup, 4 cups coffee, 1 cup milk, 10 ice cubes, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 oz whipped cream. You should serve the Cloud 9 in a coffee mug. Making a Cloud 9 is easy, you simply mix all ingredients except whipped cream in a blender until ice is well chopped. pour in coffee mug and top with generous portion of whipped cream.
